Just a quick share of my kiddos. These are my favorites from the session I did with them several months ago. I just realized I never actually blogged them, so here ya go.

Beautiful kiddos!!!!

Another session shot just before Christmas. A great family with adorable kids! The littlest one, Miss K, loved being in nothing but her diaper. And Miss J wants to be a model. I think they both could models! :)

Looking at the weather I can see we will be getting some cold stuff pretty soon. Now would be a great time to schedule a session and utilize those beautiful fall colors before they are all gone! And I still have an opening for Sat. Oct 10th, with all session fees going towards Images for a Cure! If you’d like to get some great photos and help fight breast cancer, then be sure to contact me as soon as possible!

Here is what will probably be the last rose on my bushes until next year.

Images for a Cure

September 11, 2009

I’m very proud to announce that I am now a participating photographer for Images For A Cure. October is breast cancer awareness month. Photographers from all over are joining together on Oct. 11, 2009 to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation©. If you book a session with any participating photographer for Oct. 11, 100% of your session fees will be donated to BCRF to help fund research for a cure and prevention of this devastating disease. For more information, or to find a participating photographer near you, please visit their website.

I have to personally alter my participation in this even just a tad. I will be taking sessions on Oct.10, 2009 instead of on Oct. 11th, as I do not work on Sundays. I currently have 4 spots left, so hurry before the schedule is full.  And thank you for supporting breast cancer research!

Totally Rad Actions

August 21, 2009

Totally Rad Actions are some of the coolest actions available to photographers today. Not only do they look awesome and save time, but they are fun to use! I’d love to own the newest texture plug-in called Dirty Pictures. I can see how they would speed up my workflow and allow me to really take my photos to another level. They are so artistic and not something you see in everyday photography!  At this time using textures is a bit of a process for me, so using the new plug-in would be great – and you can even import any current textures you already have! If you are a photographer and haven’t checked them out, I highly recommend you do!

Speeding up my workflow in a must thanks for the great info! Glad to see you blogging again!

Think Pink

August 19, 2009

Amy Dungan Photography is excited to announce a partnership with Think Pink Photography. Think Pink Photography was founded in October 2007 to support individuals and their families who have been touched by breast cancer. We are a charitable organization that serves two main purposes – celebrating life and supporting the cause.

Through our professional photographer network, we are helping breast cancer patients to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions. Individuals may choose to document their fight against the disease before or during treatment, or prefer to capture their victory by scheduling a session within 12 months after treatment is completed. Photographers world-wide are now available to donate time and talent to celebrate life and support the cause. There is no cost or obligation to the breast cancer patient. Clients participating in a Think Pink Session will receive a complimentary photo session, as well as a set of 10 small prints from the session. They will also receive a discount on any additional portraits they wish to purchase, although there is absolutely no purchase required at any time.

To support the cause, we have partnered with The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. As a 3-time breast cancer survivor, Danielle Beverly and her husband Eric joined together to form a foundation dedicated to promoting education, increasing awareness, and providing support and resources for families who have been touched by breast cancer.

Please subscribe to our blog (on the Think Pink website) and tell your friends and family about Think Pink Photography. Awareness is everything and we can’t be successful without you.

I encourage you to view our website, make a donation, or hire a photographer that supports Think Pink Photography! If you hire me, mention Think Pink and I will make a personal donation to the organization. If you, or someone you know, would like to schedule a Think Pink session, please contact me for details.

I am very proud to be a network photographer with Think Pink Photography, and am anxious to get the word out about this amazing program. For more information, you can contact me, or you can visit the Think Pink Photography website at:
